Sterling utilizes resources in a sustainable way. We prioritize environmentally friendly methods to handle the production material by-product and access mats when they reach end-of-useful-life. Majority of our excess is processed into mulch for local communities and renewable energy bio-char facilities while larger pieces are used by our partners in the local woodworking community. We are now offering our excess wood resources to additional commercial operations.
