Sterling operates in two construction related industries. Site Access utilizes our flagship TerraLam CLT product as an access mat, providing a strong, durable, and more sustainable alternative to traditional matting products; while Structural transforms our TerraLam product into panels for mass timber construction, bringing reducing construction time and increasing sustainability over traditional building materials such as concrete and steel.

Our headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is located in Phoenix, Illinois. We also have a second manufacturing facility in Lufkin, Texas and additional offices for operations and shared services across the country.
