Our Structural division transforms our TerraLam CLT product into panels for mass timber construction, bringing advantages of reduced construction time and increased sustainability over traditional building materials such as concrete and steel. And our Lion Lumber division creates high-quality wood products used in civil engineering projects and industrial freight operations.
Our corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is located in Phoenix, Illinois. We also have a second manufacturing facility in Lufkin, Texas and additional offices for construction operations and shared services.

Sterling Solutions today announced that its TerraLam® Cross Laminated Timber access mats were awarded an Honorable Mention in the Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards for 2025 in the Transportation category. Access mats are used to form temporary roads and bridges required for the construction of large-scale electricity transmission projects.
