President, Environmental Construction Services
Graham joined Sterling as President of Environmental Construction Services in 2020, bringing more than 16 years of construction operations expertise. He is responsible for the safety culture, operations efficiency, and future growth opportunities for the ECS team. Graham will focus on the continuous improvement of the field service organization and work processes while overseeing the day-to-day operations of all field service projects for Sterling Access Solutions, Sterling Pipeline Solutions, and Midwest Access Solutions. Before arriving at Sterling, he was a director at Aldridge Electric in Kansas, where he led the EPC/Major Projects, as well as Estimating, Operations and Business Development areas. Prior to that, Graham was Fletcher Construction’s South Island Area Manager in Christchurch, New Zealand, overseeing Construction Operations in that region.
Graham received his Master of Business Administration at the University of Otago and also studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of New South Wales Australia.Back to Leadership Team
